"This particular theater is from back in the heyday of drive-in movie theaters – from the ’50s through the ‘70s. I took the photo in the '80s before it closed in 1993. The 66 Park-In was neither the first, nor the only drive-in theater in the area but, the fact that it was off Route 66, made it special. I also love the array of colors in the sign -this was kind of rare. Most neon signs had primary colors." Terrence Moore
