FINE ARTS: Viavi Gallery uses archival quality 100% organic papers and pigments to produce the prints.  Depending on the photographic subject, Viavi Gallery selects the correct type of paper as it is specified under each artwork description; it varies from archival Watercolor (Giclee Prints) or High Definition Glossy paper. The aim is to achieve the best over-all appearance and texture. The prints are produced by master printers in New York City.


FINE ART: the sizes indicated under each product reflects the paper size.  Please note some images are will fill the entire size but, others will only fill the width or the height, depending on the shot.  All photographs will maintain at least 1.5 border to allow to frame with border if this is your preference.


Viavi Gallery guarantees that each product meets the standards and characteristics outlined in the specific product descriptions and that, it is 100% authentic. It is the client’s responsibility to make sure the size and aesthetic meet the expected results prior to ordering. 


The client is responsible for payment of all taxes, city and state, unless they provide Viavi Gallery with a valid tax exemption ID.

Shipment and Risk of Loss

Viavi Gallery will arrange to have your order shipped by USPS or Fed Ex to the specified address in the order. You will receive notification when the item ships.  We will process on your behalf any claims against the carrier if your order is damaged or lost during shipment.


The client must inspect the products at the time of delivery and notify the carrier immediately of any damage, which should be noted on the bill of landing. Otherwise, the shipment will be deemed accepted by you.

Environmental Conditions and Framing

The client is responsible for ensuring proper environment and storage conditions to avoid damage to any Viavi Gallery artwork and for proper framing.  Viavi Gallery expressly disclaims any responsibility for problems due to improper framing and storage conditions or improper handling.
